The P&H was a little heavy for what we were doing, its still there........ super neat looking shovel though.
I only had permission to get the little best, I couldn't grab it all.............

veerCAT, thanks for the rapid and purposeful effort and rescue of an interesting machine. It's stories like these that show the single-minded and knowledgeable people there are in our area of interest.
ACMOC now has one more overseas member.

Great save
no doubt will make great story for magazine.
Sorry to be viewed as a free loader Tom
I have paid dues and enjoyed the magazine in the past, but got tired of all the political banner.
Seem to enjoy this forum much more as a "outsider looking in". The old scrap iron is only a hobby to me
I am 70 years old and have enough headaches to fill the day with my business and health issues.
Am glad some of ya'll have the time and resources to get all wrapped up in this board
it's a good one. But
it's different strokes for different folks!!!!
Ya'll keep up the good work/have fun
and please excuse me for free loading. That terminology tends to piss some people off
especially old Marines!!!

Hi, Matt, Shawn and Tom and everybody else who had a hand in it.
I 'vaguely' a TV series from some little time ago in which one of the lead actors commented in almost every episode, "I love it when a plan comes together." The A Team?
Great work and a great save. Congratulations.
Just my 0.02.
You have a wonderful day. Best wishes. Deas Plant.

Delta:
Thank you for your service. W/o the sacrifices you and other men and women in uniform have made none of us would be enjoying the freedom that we enjoy each and every day.
I hope that ACMOC institutes a program so those who only want to enjoy this Board can contribute w/o having to pay for the fancy magazine. I like the magazine but like you I get tired of the strong words on this Board. I participate in a couple of other Boards on the net that do not have memberships and lots of folks like me contribute to keep them going. This makes for a better functioning Board for all.

It also reminds me of the show Riptide, The 2 Private detective brothers that operated a old Sikorsky helicopter named me--me.
On a side note I am surprised that Hughie had the stuff to hall out the Best.
But definitely a A team Effort --Looking forward to the article
