I don't intend on being the whipping post here but my dad (Randy) or I (Scott) Moulding didn't give permission to be signers of this action. I will help these members move the club in the direction talked about but I agree that other members should vote on the changes. The survival of the club is the goal for all parties involved so we should be able to find a middle ground.

Thank you for stepping forward and clarifying the situation. I could not help wondering about how many of the people named on that list DID consent to it.

This is WAY bigger than just a bunch of disgruntled members airing their grievances in an unorthodox and, I suspect, an illegal way. It involves EVERY currently paid up member and ALL of those people deserve to have a voice. ("disgruntled"?? Has anybody ever seen a person who was 'gruntled'? What did they look like? How did they behave? A kew-ree-yuss mind would like to know.)

The approach that these people have adopted reminds me of the approach of the climate change and transgender cultists - if you don't agree with us, you're WRONG and you don't deserve to be heard.

To all the 'disgruntled' ones, let'z see if we can sort this out rationally, legally AND amicably.

I agree with you it takes some guts to step forward during this kind of upheaval.

Whomever is responsible for using your names is grossly overstepping their boundaries.
I hope they understand the consequences that could very well be facing them.

So do we know how much money concerned members are going to inject into the club ?
Is this about power or a genuine wish to fix the mistakes of the past which the current board of directors are left with ?
Have they asked the members what they want out of their club or do they think the empire building that caused the problem in the first place is more important ??

I'm sorry, Jim. I hate it when things slip out like that - makes it harder to maintain my reputation azza 'pore, dumm bulldozer op'rator.'

The club has been through some tough times - and survived. The sad part about this particular episode is that it seems to have been 'engineered' by some of the very same people who led the club into its current financial and membership situation. And they claim to have the answers for getting it out of said situation. I think that'd be about like letting the fox BACK into the hen house.

And not one of 'em had sufficient GUTTTZ to admit that they failed.

IF these people REALLY care about the club and its future well-being, let 'em volunteer to help out on some of the committees instead of attempting a coup-style, backstabbing takeover of the club at short notice without allowing the full membership a voice in the matter, like a third rate banana republic.

For me the big question here is how did this group get a copy or our names and addresses and or email addresses? This information should not be available to anyone except a select few who deal with memberships etc.

Why don't the "Concerned" members just run for the open positions on the BOD? The letter is illegal & immoral. I agree with ctsnowfighter's opinions.
