Hi, Walt D73t.
I have heard a rumor from a usually reliable source that the plan is to have them at Santa Margarita next year. But, they will be up on TWO floats parked side by side with a tall, highly electrified fence all round about 20 feet out from the floats and the whole machine will be wrapped in cellophane to stop stray birds 'targeting' it from a great height.
With all the work and dollars that have gone into it, I can believe that story.
Just my 0.02.
You have a wonderful day. Best wishes. Deas Plant.

Hey Walt,
The radiators were wrapped with plastic wrap on installation. The intention is to keep them Black while the yellow paint is being sprayed. After painting the tractor yellow, the plastic wrap will be removed and front grills installed.
Duane and I have discussed that this tractor is not to be driven by just anyone. It does have plenty of passenger room though. My daughter asked me last night what would happen if the right driver turned right, and the left driver turned left. Would you like to be one of those drivers? Hahahaha
Ed is getting around well. He is sore but is moving and driving around pretty good.

Glen,
This is a top notch project, well executed and a tremendous success! Well done to all involved! Thanks for taking us with you to see it move the first time.
Glad to know Ed is on his way back to good health. Try to catch a video of his first look at the girls dancing. I want to see his face light up!
