with the choke all of the way on it wants to fire but with out the choke all of the way on it doesn't do anything... as in it acts like there is no fuel at all not even a pop...

do you have a little spray bottle that you can put some gas in and spray some in the carb when you are trying to start it?? this will eliminate whether it is fuel or not. if it starts and then dies, it is not getting fuel through the system, so you will have to work backwards from the carb making sure everything has been cleaned.

if all it wants to do is pop and sputter i would suspect that maybe your magneto is out of time with the piston position.

is the size just the actual size of the wire or the wire and the silicone?
because what i've been told is that it's just the wire but i don't know for shure.

what i understand is if there is too much silicone then the wire will not fit in the mag?Right?

That is the outside size, just be sure to get wire or copper core. Most auto parts sell it by the foot, most will say they cannot get it, but if they look in the catalogues they could find it

Found these guys after I had already gotten my wire from O'Reilly Auto Parts, so I can't vouch for them first hand. Prices were only a little higher than buying the components and making them myself.

i just got her running i couldn't get her running for my life... so i have been trying all sorts of combos for the wires and what'da know the 1342 works amazing lol... she will even run on 2 cylinders...:lol:whoops i forgot to hook two of the plug wires up to it lol. now my problem is obviously fuel supply. with just a mist of ether she will humm like a pro. but without it it sounds like a dieing cat:noidea::) so i used an air compresser and blew it into the tank and forgot to pull the fuel cap so almost all of my gas is now on the shop floor lol, and i hooked all the pump and wiring up after i cleaned the floor and cat of the gas and still the same thing... i cleand every square inch of that stupid carb so now what should i do??? go back to autozone(i perfer them there nicer and have decent prices...) and get the other fuel pump?(higher pressure):(
