Good work, D4E! Where else but on this bulletin board could you have one member help another member track down his family's old machine, years later!

Now, we'll need the whole reunion story posted here and as an article in the magazine, of course.

Looking forward to it.

Pete.

Well I'll be hanged! (That was grandpas favorite saying). Of course I have a few questions, Is it still being used? Does it have any paint left on the rear end or has it all burned off by now? LOL. For those that don't know the story, it had a severe heating problem in the steering clutches from new.

I'm really looking forward to seeing a picture if possible. Dad put the most time on it, but I put around 500 hrs on it.

Pete is right, where else would this be pulled off?

Thanks D4E

Well, "There you are" Bruce. Another project. Never let that iron leave the ranch until it turns to rust. All you have to do is get Mama and the girls down the hill to school and you will have all day to work on it.
Nice find,!!

Well Headerpuncher, Dad wasn't too sad when it left here, but I have always wondered what became of it. I've also wondered if it ever got fixed, and what was wrong with it. It will be interesting to find out.

You got Stuckle trained as a truck driver yet?

Bruce, were in mud and water clear to the crotch here. Got a good story about Gene S and a water pond, truck in water to the top of tires, thought it needed to be pulled out, got 6x6 stuck, wading in water crotch deep to get HD 11, pulled both out, pulled both out by wading threw water to hook up cables. Better when told in his presence.

Interesting,

I'm not familiar with fumigation, I know they fumigate spuds up here some. There is a very large farm up here that paints all their equipment white, regardless of make.

Thanks again D4E
