Because of there weight, I would guess most guys source them locally. I bought a few at a Surplus place when I lived out East and they have served me well for over 30 years. Guys now prefer the Threaded Ratcheting Type now I believe? I'll probably not upgrade mine till a DOT Cop tells me I have to. Though I have my Chains and Hooks up to Grade 80 now. Chains I bind with are not Chains I pull stuff with!
After the Coffee kicked in , I realized Tractor Supply and Farm & Fleet up here have Binders.
You could check your local Farm Supply type Store or basically any Supply store that sells GOOD heavy Chain should also carry Binders.
This also gives you an excuse to attend more Auctions!

well this is going to seem a lil silly but

after checking everything again going over the carb spark plug wires firing order rotor and button as well as trying another coil
the issue has showed itself . as i was researching why this thing sputtered and had no power.i ran across an interesting thing with the timing

so i had it advanced 10 degrees with the timing light thats what i read everywhere 10 degrees but my engine would not preform
it was like i was hauling an anchor out back digging into the pavement .
i was thinking must be a stuck valve bent pushrod broken rocker or something along thoes lines

come to find out back sometime in the 70s ford thought it might be a good idea to retard the timing from the factory 8 degrees on these big 370 429 460 engines
i dont know what the deal was or why they wanted there engined to run like a turd but they did .

so i added in there 8 degrees of retarded timing to my own 10 degrees of advance for a total of 18 degrees on the balancer

WOW!!!!!! what a difference that made this thing is running like a raped ape
i mean i was standing on the gas and it was pulling like crazy .i dont know how much my trailer weighs but it didnt even know it was back there
i hauled a tractor that weighs 8k and about 8 rolls of hay that day not much of a load for a 10 ton truck but it pulled it with ease
im alot more confident i can use this rig now

It looks like its setting good!
Tires aren't squatted?
If it is squirrely on the hitch, then move ahead a little until you find the sweet spot where it tows well!
Nice Picture!
