Okey dokey. Greg I will send those out to you when I have a chance to sneak over to the post office. Does anyone want a brake pedal spring? I bought new ones because one of them was spread. So I have one used one left. I doubt I will need it in my lifetime....

Haven't had a chance to do to much this week but scored this sweet grease pump. Also did a little recon on these 3 vintage universal cranes near my shop. Might need to drag one home.....

I will clean it up when I get to the shop after work tomorrow and see. I got it from a buddy of mine who has 3 cletrac bulldozers. One of those might be the next project to get operational again. The front idler on them is two wheels held together but a nut on the inside and outside of the shaft. Inside nut stripped off. Should be an easy repair.

Couple more updates. Noting major. Took a vacation with my buddy steve to go see the Tacaberry collection up in Ontario so I took a short break from working on this. Man was that something! They have absolutely everything!
Greg I stuck those plugs and corks in the mail today

i think you need to get a crane. you know you will only be getting more cats now that you have one it will never stop. a crane will make light work of taking blades on and off. cus most every thing is too heavy to lift your self and with a crane you can get bigger toys lol keep up the good work on your D2

I started out about fifteen years ago with a D2 also.
The fleet accumulated and the projects accrued to the point that certain tools were deemed to be indispensable. The list of tools to which that D2 led include:
1983 Peterbilt three axle tractor.
1980 Cozad 60 ton trailer.
1963 Peterbilt three axle tractor.
1942 Trailmobile drop deck, hydraulic beavertail, 12,000 lb. winch.
1942 Ross 18,000 lb. forklift.
1942 Ross 8,000 lb. forklift.
966 Loader.
Two 40 amp welders.
Nice Victor torch set.
1952 Ford service truck with two air compressors, provisions for normal fuel and lube functions.
and the list continues to grow.
Plus, Garlic Mom had to get her commercial license because we couldn't get enough hauled with only one driver.
Sheesh. It really is a sickness. . .
Pete.

I would like to ask a big favor. It your equalizer spring is still accessible, could you please measure how long it is? Mine just came out of the saddle so I am thinking that it is too short. Also how many leaves are the longest? Thanks.
Wish I had your time and expertise. Been learning as I go.
