On the SRB manual, Form #30027 does not cover the oil clutch. Form#30027-1 does. Not quite as detailed as the separate Form #30842 but certainly enough to get by. None have much in the way of specifications.

Here are the parts diagrams for your clutch.....

I can't remember if I gave you the #46 parts diagrams for the 1W2454 s/n. I know I posted some but was guessing at the s/n at that time.

OM......thank you for the diagrams.....very helpful when I have a visual. I spoke with the cat house this morning and ordered the lock assembly 3H7347 with an extra stud and nut, just in case we can repair it, if not we will have the complete new lock assembly on hand. They faxed me a diagram that they had and we took it from there, they show it as individual pieces, not as a whole kit, so I ordered what I knew we needed. Thanks so much for all the help and advice on the old girl....We WILL get her going, just taking it slow and going over everything, it's a good way to get to know the new addition to the family. :)

If you do get in to tear down let me know and I can post instructions....keep in mind the oil pump is to be removed prior to pulling the housing and reinstalled after the housing is replaced. Also you will need to pull the pony flywheel for access.

Also a good time to replace seals when you have it down.

I appreciate all the time and information from all of you at ACMOC. I am going to get the clutch lock assembly parts this morning and heading to the hay field to get started on this hay season. It will probably be Wednesday before we can get back on the dozer repair and will know more then. I'll keep y'all posted on the progress as it happens. Thanks again and have a great day!
