thanks Catfan, i am open to making modifications to the truck to make something work. I was shooting more for a correct year engine, not specifically correct for that model of truck.
I hope to find a D468 engine as it would look more period than say a 3208.
Lets just say right now it is just an old dump truck that has been in my wife's family for many years and i would like to do something to make it unique and caterpillar related.LOL

What is this company? Anybody got any info on it? Seems to be the same response to everything. Sounds a bit fishy to me.

i know the company well and have had some very good experiences with them. as far as the person making these post, i am not familiar with them but i wish that they would make just one post instead of replying to most every current want ad.
