Hello , found this explication in a Euclid brochure of the sixties . According to the tekst there should be several inches of vertical movement between the 2 machine halves .

Very nice detail, thanks for the post. I would think the fully capable oscillation would be the superior design. Sometimes you just can't provide enough steel to keep things ridged.

Hey Gang,
Recieved a shipment of 18 each special built Murray outriggers for my Proffessional Model Trailer. I had 18" wide outriggers built. I'm getting some full dimension 3" timbers ready also. Tuesday after Memorial Day I want to load the Siamese D8 and haul it to Peterson Santa Rosa.
Hey OldMagnet,
Can you come to San Leandro and take some pictures for me?

Glen,
Sorry I have already made obligations for that day.
Hopefully you can get lots of pictures as that surely will be a notable event.

Hey OldMagnet,
Pictures will happen, it was just my way of inviting you to see her in the same spot they built the first ones. I wanted you to see the craftsmanship and cross bar in person. If you can make it, I sure would like you there. If not, next time!!! glen

Yes. I suspected the invitation was more than picture taking. Thanks again for the invitation. Where will this unit be housed when it is completed?

Hey OldMagnet,
I'm sure it will rest indoors at Peterson San Leandro, when I'm not playing with it..... Roflmao
It will do shows for the people to enjoy. Track kickers, hope you have steel toes...lol

Hey JuiceMan,
I only placed some on the trailer for a picture, not the whole set. Here is what they look like.
