It was built in 1918 by Sunset Shipyard in Vancouver, BC. It was designed for fish packing and fleet tendering running to the fleet for their unload and taking the fish to the factory on land. It was working up to the mid 60s and then underwent a 30 year remodel to convert it into a yacht. It is a very know ship in the Puget Sound.
