Harvest pictures??? Sure, I can do that. First a few from Mc Kinney Ranch over in
Sherman Co........longtime friend Byran McKinney in his 2188;
Bryan still uses a classy D6C to seed with; I wanted to get some current shots of
it a work this fall but the timing wasn't right. Here it is latched on to a set of rods;
Back to harvest.......at the home place at the top of Fulton Canyon.....the hills
in the background here are over in Washington near Goldendale...note the
wind turbines.
Not quite as steep at Byran's as over here in Wasco Co. ...........but he does
have his moments;

Another stop, this one a little closer to home. For those of you following along on a map, this is near Petersburg just east of The Dalles...close to the conjunction of Eightmile & Fifteen Mile Creeks.......and just west of the location of the shots of the IH pull combine seen above in this thread. The Twins....a matched pair of Hillco equipped 2588's just pulling into the wheat;
Haven't gone very far and the lead machine is already running out of leveler;
Singled up here on the lead 2588; looking towards the SW here up.......this should give you a fair idea of how rugged the wheat country in 7 around The Dalles really is;

Done with one ridge........on to another. Dropping in on the next one.....John heads west & Will gets ready to head out on a run to the north:
The grain cart drops in to keep the wheat away;
Headed out on the run to the north:
No right turn here........
