I suspect the bolts that secure the bracket to track frame are quite a task to remove. I see someone tried to remove one on mine already as its broken off.

I replaced the outer bushings in mine without removing the bracket

I removed the shaft as rome stated--the outer bushings were almost non-existent--so i collapsed them in with a center punch pulled them with a vice grip--the inner bushings weren't worn hardly at all being most of the forces are on the outer bushings---pressed the new bushings in with a threaded rod --froze the bushing and heated the bracket
the shafts were worn on the bottom rotation surface--so i built them up with steel fiber epoxy---so far so good but time will tell!!

The way I understand is there are 2 bolts and a retainer inside that are bolted onto the shaft which have to be removed before it slides out right? How did you remove those bolts without removing the inner bracket that’s bolted to the track frame?

The two bolts he's talking about are threaded into blind holes on the lift shaft. Not the bracket on the inside of the track frame. Once removed or broken off , the whole triangular assembly pulls out. Of course the hydraulic cylinders and lift link needs removed.
