Hydraulic pump is belt driven off fan belt. Winch is pretty cool. It's pto driven. I have only tested it without a load but it looks pretty capable. It's got 1/2 cable so I figure it's probably a 10k pound winch.

I think that you still might try the opening of the main jet adjustment. When a carb is rebuilt the rebuilder sets it to some recommended turns on the needles. They may still need some fine tuning. If you open the main jet a 1/2 turn and it makes a little difference , then do another half turn. If that does not give you more power, then put it back to where it was. It only takes a second to adjust and a few minutes of running to see if it helps.
On adjusting the clutch brake, I found it almost impossible to see into the clutch compartment and do anything. Just yesterday I pulled the fuel tank off to be able to get into that compartment. At least I can see in now.
Looking over the fuel tank, I found that it was almost rusted thru on both edges where it lays in the saddle. The padding for the tank seems to soak up water and keep it damp. Just one more project. Another post tonight to ask about the padding. Grant.

Good info on winch. I figured with such beefy cable it might pull more. But 5000 pounds isn't too bad.
Good info on carb. I'll try adjusting and see if it helps. The machine definitely bogs down on hills and with a full dozer blade of dirt. But I don't have anything to compare it to, so it is what it is.
I couldn't see anything in clutch access hatch. I ended up spraying a can of brake cleaner in there while putting clutch in and put. It seemed to help. I found that if I get any grinding when trying to shift or chatter from clutch that putting it into 2nd goes easy and seems to re sync gears. Not sure why but going into 2nd does the trick.
One track clutch still hangs up sometimes. I may try washing it once more with diesel like book suggests .
I'm not a heavy equipment mechanic or have the inclination to take machine apart so I'm hoping to just keep it moving. Even if it stopped working today, I'd drag it to top of property as a lawn decoration and be super pleased with the whole experience.
It's been such a rewarding experience to find it put in woods, get it running, get it moving, drive it put of woods, and now put it back to work.

tkgeorge99,
When you put it in second gear and keep the clutch pedal to the floor, you stop all the gears in the transmission from turning including the clutch disc. Can you then put it back into neutral for five or so seconds keeping the pedal to the floor and then into any gear without grinding? If not, I would say that your clutch disc is being dragged by the flywheel/pressure plate and you need to adjust the pedal as per the manual and/or wash the flywheel clutch. If you can put it into any gear without grinding then I would say that your flywheel clutch brake is the culprit.
Good luck and thanks for the pictures.
Pete
