Growing up around Cats, I am amazed at all the special tools that I had never seen before!! The only special Cat tool I remember was a modified Spanner Wrench dad used that was originally for an old IHC Horse Drawn Header Barge.

Hi Toby,
That's a great video, thank you for making it and posting a link here.
I too think W G must be Wide Gauge.
I've never seen a brush before or yet a hammer, pinch bar etc. so your video will help me know what I'm looking for.
I've been collecting Cat tools for over 20 years and realised that I will never get a complete set even for one of my four tractors.
I have compiled an excel spreadsheet  listing the tools and indicating which were supplied with which tractor (it's still work in progress).
An interesting fact is that some of the tools one finds in the UK have an E stamped on them after the part number e.g. 4A334 and 4A334E - water pump wrench - we call them spanners in the UK - for the earlier D6 (3cyl) D7 and D8 tractors. I believe that the E denotes that they were made in the UK (England) Presumably during wartime it was felt we could make items like that locally rather than taking up valuable space on North Atlantic convoys.

Sasquatch, Thank you for taking the time to make and post a video. I see why I have not found some of these tools in the wild.
Do you have a pic of the 1B7972 slip joint pliers?
