the reason i asked about the canvas only option was because i already have a frame. and also for replacement when the current canvas gets faded and weathered. yes it would be attractive to have the caterpillar logo and to support the club.

Sorry sorry I misunderstood, I thought you meant a bare yellow canvas - we will be selling the canvas only, but will be able to supply a frame for those who may not have one also, but it will not be a kit.
Hope that clears it up.

many farm tractors in aus of all brands have a rops frame supplied by EH bare &co (bareco) they make a moulded polythene cover and mount kit to go with it.
available in many colours inc yellow and with a coat of plastic primer the correct shade can be easily applied.
im sure it wouldn't be difficult to mount one of their frames on a crawler and and have some thing a bit more sturdy and durable than rip-stop vinyl as these brollies are made from.
a enterprising individual im sure could easily make there own frame out of gal rhs that would work just nice.

got my umbrella mounted today. i used the universal mount that came with the kit and was able to mount it up without drilling any holes. i just used existing bolts. now i need to get a cover for it when ACMOC gets them up for sale.

That explains your cost then. I thought to myself, he got a heck of a good price on an umbrella kit. Okay, I forgot you can purchase without the cover...
I have bought several with the plain yellow covers from Tractor Supply in past.
