Caterpillar D4 tractors near Colfax, Washington, 1954
The Caterpillar Tractor Company of Peoria, Illinois plowed a filed north of Shawnee Road, located just south of Colfax, Washington
for local farmers Donald Hart and Charles Hofer. The caption on the back reads: "Two Caterpillar Diesel D4 Tractors each pulling
mold-board plows are plowing sweet clover for soil improvement. Total of 1500 acres in this wheat ranch with 1/2 in summer fallow
each year."

Yep, looks like they had 'hi-clearanced' it a bit, maybe about a foot.
