Sad to hear of a customer not happy, without being part of the conversation it would be hard to make a fair judgement on this thread.
I do have to say that I have done business with Dennis at Omitrac, actually purchased a D47U from him sight un-seen, Dennis will recall my phone call the day I received it, Caterpiller recieved just as it was described and 7 months later believe it was a more than a fair representation. Let alone the fellow loaned me manuals without him knowing me or whether he would really get them back tells me something of his character of being a reliable source. Would not hessitate to call him anytime.
