use caution dealing with omnitrac in oregon.I bought a set of idlers,he sent the wrong ones(after telling me they were 23inch,ended up being 18 inch) would not cover over $500 in shipping.on top of that, charged a restocking fee!I wouldn't want someone else to go through this.

Aloha i to had a bad deal with omnitrak shipped us a linderman fuel tank with a 8 lb rat nest in it& it was crushed on one end .not needs minor soldering as described would not even split shipping from Hawaii . No aloha what so ever end of story Spike

It is easy to critisize when you do not know all the facts. Omnitrac has shipped parts all over the world for years and as in every business you encounter situations where a customer is not satisfied.

As for the fuel tank pictures and details was sent prior to shipment, as for the idlers the customer sat on them for 3 months then wanted to return them which he also had pictures and details long before he ordered them.

We are one of the most reputable and honest used parts suppliers in the world and stand behind our reputation.

We make no apology as to these situations, as for the fuel tank we sold it to a walk in the next week and he was happy to get it. As for the idlers they were exactly what he ordered.

More clarification


Attached is a picture of the terrible tank. Upon returning of the tank we spent 1.5 hours cleaning resoldering and painting the tank where it then sold 1 week later for $450.00. It was sold to Spike for $200 and his money was refunded minus shipping.

As for the idlers there would of been no restocking charge if they had been returned promptly, but I can not resell what was setting in somneone elses backyard for over 3 months.
