I like the look and cab lines of MaryAnn more than Lorretta, but don't get me wrong, I would take either one of them in a heart beat. LOL
Your last photo looks like an old Allis-Chalmers HD15 with a Garwood blade, winch and scrapper. Nice combination.

Loretta???????????????????? I bin tinkit name bilong second LGP D8 bin Rebecca. That is the second one that Glen Ghilotti bought not long before he passed away 'cos they were never sent out singly down on the ice.

Hi the cab on Mary Ann was designed and built in New Zealand at the caterpillar dealer in Christchurch when they came back for repairs etc

Yes, Tulare. That is the HD 15 that Pete bought at "The auction for the rest of us"

Yes it was Tulare this year I was standing on the other side of marry Ann. those 2 sure make a statement when they go by.

Hi, Folks.
Here are the photos that I have that are allegedly of the Alaska unit.
Those big tires appearing in the 1st and 3rd photos remind me of the LeTourneau snow train that was built for the construction of the DEW line. Does that give any Alaska residents a clue?
