I don't recall having but two bolt holes in my pulley--puller bolt holes--which I used. Were the other four tapped for the adaptor or do some of the pulleys have six holes?

That's a pretty good looking setup, but it wouldn't have worked too good on mine. The radiator shell got sprung against a stump or something before I ever got it.

I have a 5J parts engine and I think it has 4 bolt holes...might be wrong.
That adapter looks like one I had that came off a RD4. I wonder if it would fit if I could ever find it. It did have the setup for the square shaft. I didn't think that looked like a very good setup but I guess it is. It would be real easy to adapt to pump. It looks like they just cut a square shaft the right legnth and welded it to a coupling that fits the pump or rather the flex coupling. I think I would use a lovejoy coupling.

It is hard to tell just what my 5J that I want to put a pump on has on the pulley with the radiator on there.

I do have a 5J converted T2 loader that has a vickers vane pump on the front driven by the chain type coupler. I would take pictures of the setup but it is hard to see anything without dismantaling it.

Those are excellent pictures smf52, thanks a lot.

Has anyone contacted that outfit that SJ recommended to see if they have that animal available?

Tom

The aluminum spacer goes between the pump and the radiator shell? Its interesting that the shell is stiff enough to support the weight.
My 5J has a locking ring around the crank stub with 4 bolts in it which would make the total 6.
Thanks Again!
