Bruce P what was the dealership in Missoula before Long Machinery? The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation is in their building. I work ed for Washington Construction for roughly Twenty years.
Is Jack Long still alive?

Honestly I really don’t know, I just barely remember Long Machinery. Dad didn’t go there much, he said they weren’t much of an ag dealer. Before Long in Lewiston it was Nez Perce tractor. I’m not sure when Long bought out Nez Perce. I’d really like to find a Nez Perce tractor sticker to copy.

Pete, unfortunately I don’t still have Dad’s 7U. I sold it to my brother in law so it’s still in the family. You can bet I’ll snap it up if he sells it.

Here is a newer sticker from my D6B.

I have a sticker just like that on a skidder I bought from them years ago.I graduated from LCSC in 71 and I think it was Nez Perce tractor then.Did most of my business with and even worked for a year at Everett Will tractor in Moscow ID.

Yes it was,but Cat pulled their support as they were strictly an ag dealer and Everett Will was too close to the Lewiston dealer which also handled industrial equipment.
