I think so for me. I have a plain D2 winch, not the D2N. #17 in the diagram is the bracket that I need, and also the big one that ties across the top of the transmission (and I guess the two longer shear pins).

I have a Hyster D2 winch also I might sell the whole unit, needs gone through cleaned up probably needs bearings. $800 obo. Gary
