Yes, it is the one that sits between your legs. Although the one pictured by Cysco is different. See attachment

i have a hyster D4 and the shifter is between my legs but doesn't look like either of those. but when i look at the D4 and the D2 winch i believe the shifter may be the same

The part number you gave, 92139A, is for the later model bracket Cysco posted, the one in your diagram is #59264. The D2 and D4 shift brackets are different.

Hi Team,
there are many manuals posted on the Allied site (current owners of the Hyster winch range) and you will need to troll thru the link below.

The Link is to quite a few early and late D2 manuals that show most styles of shift levers used on the various D2 over the ages.
