there is a guy in Washington I talked to last week that has a winch with no controls but the picture did show the shaft on the unit.

I think this time it went. if not let me know. i got an email from ACMOC that said my inbox was full. not sure why that would stop my sending a message? shipping would kill you so you may want to just buy the shaft and tell him to scrap the rest?
