If I had a machine in Germany, I would be looking for the closest scrap yard, not a yard somewhere in Europe. The EU must be different than the USA, i.e. everyone I know with large machines of any kind already know the closest scrap yards well, for both scrapping, looking for parts, or getting back stolen equipment. Please someone from the EU tell us what conditions are like there for scrapyard availability. I have at least five or six less than 50 miles away.

Don't know about Poland but Here in the UK there is some sort of scrap yard in most towns and plenty of salvage places , I think the OP must mean a salvage place that will buy something to dismantle for used parts
in this case a worn out tractor so to get more than just a price based on weight I would say Ebay or machinery trader would find a buyer for it or if he doent want to sell it and find some competitor using it dismantle it and sell parts and scrap what's left....
