Both. Mounts to the rear of the case with an extension underneath that attaches to where the draw bar mounts under the case.

Hello,
An old rancher here is working on his wine vineyard a 1939 D4 and the radiator and pads are in poor
condition. This is in Baha California. But we could probably ship to San Diego and bring them down.
Any idea of the cost for the pads? For the Radiator? JDl

The pads on this machine are in good shape but they have been built up already and might not be worth all the labor it will take to get them off and then have to buy all new bolts. The radiator does not leak but the core is deteriorating.

Thanks, Randy

Hello all, I still have everything. This tractor has nice sheet metal and fenders. Battery box has some rust through in the bottom but not bad. undercarriage is probably 60% to 70%.

Rails with pads $1000.00 pair (rails are sealed and nice, pads are pitted where it sat in the dirt and have been built up professionally, still have lots of hours in them) sold

sprockets $150.00 ea. ( one is welded and one has been totally replaced)

Solid idlers $100.00 ea. (nice shape probably 70%) SOLD

Carriers $50.00 ea. (nice shape, not even dished where the rails ride) SOLD

Rollers $30.00 ea. ( Vary in condition but are very usable)

5 roller frames $100.00 ea.

Final drives $100.00 ea.

Pony motor $550.00 ( free and complete, has electric start and original spark arrester ) SOLD

D315 $400.00 (stuck fast, the old man told me it ran good when parked so I think it would be a good candidate for a rebuild ) SOLD

Hood $100.00 ( nice and straight, minor bumps on one side) SOLD

Air cleaner $50.00 ( no dents but has some surface pitting, no rust through)

Fenders $200.00 pair ( perfectly straight, no cuts or modifications )

4A dozer $600.00 ( nice blade and moldboard, lift arms and cylinders need some tlc but are in working condition, needs new hoses )

44 hydraulic system $75.00 ( valve is stuck) SOLD

Other small parts available. Give me a call. I can possibly travel with some parts and meet you. The more you buy the better the deal. Will sell as a rolling chassis. A member of the forum will verify the condition of the undercarriage if you want to call him before you make a trip to look. I will give you his number upon request. All prices are for pulled parts loaded on your truck.
