Based on what I see for winch interchangeability, it's not the rear case bolting that changes much between D6's and D5's and early 977's, it's the draw bar attachment under the transmission case that changes.

Best bet is unit from a #6 Traxcavator s/n 10A1-1616, 977 20A1-up, 53A1-up, D6 tractors 8/9U and 37A1/44A1-up. All use the same 2K5850 Mounting Group with 57D1-up s/n's. If you stumble on a later possible candidate 77H1-up s/n I can post the parts details for comparison.
