I use 3M weather strip adhesive. It works like a rubber cement. Coat each piece, let it dry, touch them together. I make sure I fit each cork to the bellows really well. I add an additional step where I put a second wet coat on the bellows side right before I put the cork part on. It give me a little bit of movement before it is stuck for good. The 3M product is almost exactly like the green cement that Cat offers, but it is in a tube. Once I get the cork glued I go put it in my press overnight. I use 2 pieces of cut 2x10 wood as the main support and a couple pieces of sheet metal for a smooth surface. I then put a little press on it to make sure the cork is flat and has pressure on it all the way around. The next morning it is ready to be installed.

If you replace half of that bearing, you should just do the whole assembly.
No sense in running good rollers on worn races.

Good luck with that one. I have never found it either. Luckily I have never needed to replace it.

There was a discussion on this somewhere.
I believe they ended up putting a modern bearing of nearly the same dimensions in there.
Try searching it????

I've read about someone using a substitute inner race from McMaster and also someone using a shortened version that doesn't have the taper either. I don't think I've seen anyone with an exact match. Have you? If so, please share.
