Thought I needed a nice example of a D4 and found this local tractor about 25 miles from home, need to clean carb and fuel system so I can pony start, had to drag start about a foot and pops off. Excellent U/C, all tin work straight just missing side panels. Loaded it on truck and idled up left running so I could get off at home. Wife says a need help, I told her yes I'm helping myself, Lol

Nice catch! What was the story behind your latest? Just happen to cruise by and see it or? Hope your wife can figure out that you could have "worse" habits, and tractors are cool.

Ape Hanger?
Those extensions on the frictions were limb catchers! Of course most did not use "top seat "cruiser" in the orchards, tail seats ruled!
These young ones do not understand why those longer extensions were so necessary, long before boosted controls.
The older cats would build muscles or make you wish you had more muscle after long days. I remember using my foot on the dash for extra leverage.
Nice looking machine.
