I started this post over a week ago with my concerns about the organization making donations to another non- profit. After much unnecessary thrashing around, I finally got an answer.

According to the response, the club did not make the donations in question.

How this thread evolved into a rant about chapters, legal issues and members that have no more authority or responsibility than I have telling me to essentially "butt out". This thing has been beaten to death. Let it die.
