Might be so it bin good idea to start rowing there for the 14th. Outlook seems kinda damp 'twixt here and there.

We've been in damage control mode here on the ranch for the last week and a half, drive around where we can, inspect and do what little we can to reduce or repair any damage or threats. There's a HEAPA roads here that we dare not drive on for fear of getting bogged ON said roads.

Most of the rain here has been fairly gentle and much of it has had time to soak in but the ground has gotta be getting close to saturation now. Certainly not planning any major earthworks in the near future. We'd just have a bunch of yellow submarines.

grant we too have parts at home from engines and vehicles we dont own anymore or had used as parts donors to get something going. and nothing like a bit of horse trading to get that project finished. we traded parts with 2 people once so we could get the bits we all wanted and everyone was happy.
