In your diagram, V-226 is the inner race that fits over the end of the transmission input shaft. This thread has some discussion from eddie B on it but you'd need to ask machinerytrader or Florin about availability (or Cat too I suppose): www.acmoc.org/bb/discussion-d72/10774-22...ing-aftermarket-part. I have Delco-Hyatt OR-304 which is the outer race, and need to pick up the roller assembly which per Eddie's post is Hyatt SRA-403.
For the clutch brake, don't bother with the lining/facing or rivets - just take it to your local clutch/brake place and they will glue on a new facing that they will cut out from stock. You can suggest a thickness to them - most I've seen seem to work with 1/4"
