How would I tell if the d333t Iam looking at is actually d333tc ?
I think my block may be damaged and this d333t has a good bottom end I was hoping it was compatible

Look at the water pump.
D333a is belt drive
D333c is gear drive

if it does have a pony that would be uncommon. as the d6b pony was on the right-hand side of the motor and were of a different design than the pony off d6. I think it ran at 5000rpm so most of the blew apart. like the d6B not many were made and not for a lot of years so parts would be harder to find.

7M4400 is the casting number for the D333a engine. Part number 7M4403.
I don't know what the 21 is for, probably something to do with the casting manufacture.
