here are the pictures
And some information that I was able to recover
engine Number 8w617 from a search made at a caterpillar spare parts dealer through a book that contains numbers and dates of construction of the various vehicles, it appears to be from 1953.
however, the gearbox has a higher serial number 8w699 I wonder the reason for this difference.. is it possible that the gearbox and engine followed two different production lines and were matched later?

Welcome to the club Manuel. That is quite a project to undertake, we all wish you the best in its restoration. Hope to see it in a video operating along with many smiles. Many of us here are so fortunate to have access to parts here in the United States. Are there any future plans for restoration of other types of Caterpillar equipment? JM.

Nice machine there. I'm going to question the engineer's stamp on the ROPS though.

I thought that was a clothes line at first.

Hi Manuel
I have an OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS Manual for a DW21 Tractor (8W1-UP) Form 30192-4 that I have absolutely no use for. If you do not have one and would like to have it send me an address (just as it is to be placed on the parcel) and I will send it to you. Brian Boaz, Saint Robert, Missouri
