My local Cat house put me in touch with a company called Vintage Parts. I found what I needed on their website. The catch is they only sell to Caterpillar dealers. I had to get the dealer to order and have the parts shipped to them.

i can tell you that the exhaust manifold for the pilot engine is unobtainable from the dealer. i wanted one and asked them and was told sorry no longer available.
take the old pipe into the local exhaust shop they should be able to bend you up a new one out of exhaust tube (would be worth it to use stainless exhaust tube) recycling the old flanges or supplying new ones.
a good way to find parts is to google search cat or caterpillar followed by the part number i have found updated pn's this way.
you can also use parts.cat.com just note the system often needs a one or two zeros added after the hyphen with the older part numbers as current numbers have more characters. and the system wont recognise the shorter numbers.
the dealers are also a good source of parts if you have a part number book they can often help you.
