I was under the carbody one track is disengaged or not not able to return because of a bad air can, so I don't know at this point.
So how do you get control group 20 ?

After getting a headache from looking at all the parts sheets, I think this is correct or close to correct as my old brain can comprehend. Will actually verify when I get my road trip.

in figure 4 you can remove pin 24 that disconnects the linkage from the air cylinder and rotate number 34 so that number 41 engages number 42.  if the brake number number 51 in figure 5 is holding then you can loosen number 49 and 50 on bolt number 48 to release the brake. then the crane should track straight and you can use the non affected side to steer???

I just called Empire Crane in NY, gave them the part numbers. They are going to make request. Lets see how parts support is!
