Hi Guys,
Just home from a 3500 mile driving trip about the lower and mid US. Decided to see that fav old TV show of mine Rt 66 up close. Well it was an eye opener.
Basically ran my little two seater thru from Cinti thru Indy then St Louis to checkout the chrome shop mafia shop, then ran west thru Oklahoma, then Texas then NM, then up to Colorado Springs CO. Sure wished I had a big ole rig to haul some of the goodies spotted home. But anyway having a small ride does the wallet well.
I lucked out and had my son Kory record the RFD show so I could see our leaders Willie and Tom again.
With other committments emminent I will prob miss the big show. Budget is tight and am awaiting word on the potential of a new job start.
So, My wishes to all have a great show! Please take lots of pictures and perhaps combine a DVD for sale to usun's that can't make it personally.
I took over 2000 digital shots of my trip. Unfort none cat related so I will abide by the rules and not post 'em here.
Keep smiling all, you never know when a lense is pointed at you.

Al:
Sorry to hear you will not be able to come to the BSOT. We have hired a film crew and we will produce a DVD that will be some where between 90-120 minutes in length. No substitute for being there personally--but at least you will get to see all of the neat stuff.
We will provide details following the show.
