7Upuller that is one sweet looking unit. That sucker could eat my little D2 for lunch!!

Drujinin, B4D2, Willie, those are exactly what I would like to find for my D2 wish I could find one here in the Midwest. Being able to scoop and carry a load would be ideal. I know I can fabricate a box scraper that would basically drag the load rather than carry it. That may be what I build.

Mcclan 9, Chuck got his out in New York State I believe. They might be a bit rare in these parts but if you look I bet you might find one.I have heard rumors of a couple up thsi way. You have not contacted that Cat collector south of you to see if he might know of any?

The fellow in Metamora, I believe his last name is Riggert? Might not be right on the spelling. He is a friend of My wife's uncle. They both worked at Cat. I have see some of his colllection before.

tw, Yes that is who I thought you were refering to. I have talked with him. Briefly, I stopped after work one night to see if he might have any manuals he'd sell for my D2. He put me on some leads to find them. He was busy at the time but he still took the time to show me some of his tractors in his collection.

He also has a nice antique tractor show in late June I believe. I have enjoyed it several times.

The murray scrapers were orginally painted orange, then about the 1970's they painted their equipment cat yellow. Most of the caryall scrapers were painted orange, a few of the later ones were painted yellow. The murray line is still being constructed in Corcoran CA, which is currently painted yellow. They currently build the model H drag box scraper in the 8', 10', 12', 14', & 16' widths and the M-37, M-55, & M-55S pocket ripper on steel wheels.
