The Santa Margarita show, Memorial Day Weekend, is also the Caterpillar Club National Show this year. Even if your restoration isn't finished, we would love to have your matched set at the show.

People really enjoy seeing all the tractors, but especially the unusual. Restorations in process are also always very interesting, as it lets people see what you're doing, the problems you encounter and the solutions you've developed.

If you need help with transport, contact me at (661) 343-3691 or <a href="This email address is being protected from spambots. I would love to bring them to the show however they are not at the stage of being able to transport them(tractor is just now stripped down). I will be very happy to bring them once completed. As soon as it dries out enough to get out to the ranch I will forward some pics of the grader unit. Looks pretty rough but its all there as far as I can tell. It was converted to pneumatic tires at some time in the past and I am not sure if I will leave it that way or go back to solid wheels???

Thanks for posting I believe you sent me an email stating you had a DI and trailer patrol like he one I have. Does yours still have the control unit on the tractor? As others have said post some photos I like seeing them in all conditions.

These are the only pics I have right now that show any part of the dual PTO. When it dries out I will get more.

Thanks for pictures, I'm impressed with the condition, many would say leave that original patina. Mine had been repainted green but a lot has worn or aged off with yellow showing underneath. I'm not planning to repaint mine as of now and yours has more paint than mine. One thing mine is missing is the 2 levers on the seat for running the PTO, I wouldn't mind seeing them in a photo if you can. My home PC crashed last summer so I don't have your email or contact anymore.

I just purchased a CAT Trailer Patrol serial number is 5D183. Can I also assume this is a 1963 model?  The forward controls have been modified with a split gear box and a small hydraulic pump, looks like it's been that way for a very long time. I'll attached a couple of picture later, it's not letting me right now.  It needs some TLC, but hope to get it in working order for to use on our private roads.  If anyone had info on this, I'm curious to know more about them. I'm looking for a parts manual or something for it.  I know I need to dig into it and like to have exploded view of things.  Any suggestion where to find a parts manual?

I hope you ment 1933, not 1963. They were introduced in 1932.
A quick search for a parts book, found no originals, just Jensales repro parts book, which are generally not that great.
