Here are a few pictures I got at the Pioneer Day parade in paso robles over the weekend. A sixty, three seventy fives, a forty five and a shot of willie driving an experimental tractor. It was a great show, thanks to all who helped make it happen. I'm glad I got put some more faces to the names on the BB.

Thanks for posting the pictures Chris. It was fun to drive the Best 75 this year. Thanks to Jess, Dave and Russell for bringing the Best 75 down from Woodland. Wait until we have 15 Best and Holt 75's and 60's at the show in Woodland next year. It will truly be a sight to behold.
Willie will be posting more pictures when he finally gets home tomorrow.

Chris:
That last picture is of Willie driving the 1917 Holt Experimental pulling a Moline manure spreader that was used 2 times and then put in the barn because it got manure on the tractor driver. We found the spreader this year and aired up the tires, greased it and cleaned it up. Some of the Moline collectors would give their eye teeth for such an original paint spreader like this.

Good thing that fellow was able to ride on the manure spreader to keep it from getting away.
Was that Don Hunter's Holt 75 in one of the pictures, pheonenal looking tractor!

You got that right, Mesa County, or any of the surrounding towns would frown on that

Well they do know how to put on a parade in Paso , they couldn't have been more orrganized and saftey was a big piority we strated up everything at the museum around 7am and headed to the parade assebly area about 10 blocks away. every cross street had trafic control and as we crossed UP&Amtrac tracks UP had a man with radio contact with the trains the whole time and ofcouse we had a RD6 following with chain to drag the lameones that died along the way (or ran out of gas)and sure we woke up some people along the way. The were between 10 and 15 blocks of peolple 3-5 deep on both sides the whole route. Here was begining good thing the have wide streets right behind was Tom&Jacob Madden on the Wallace's Best75 advertising for 2008 show then Jesse Gilbertston&Don Hunter on the Hunter Holt75 with Holt landlevler
