Pat forgot to mention or show his tractor. He put alot of sweat and blood into restoring his Ten. Nice tractor and nice to meet him. Rick

Great pictures, all of them. Even on a Cat site it's hard to not post a pic of a beautiful matched team of draft horses, isn't it? Belgians, are they?

chugwater crawlers,
It turned out to be timing. The magneto timing slipped and went to the late side. That's why it had no power and was hard to start by hand cranking. The culprit is the dog eared drive unit. Mine was warn pretty good and I had shimmed it with metal speed tape. My tape came out! It held for 2 years. I suppose I need to try welding and grinding to bring it back to where it needs to be.
However...while checking the timing, I broke one of the carbon brushes in the magneto distributor cap. It took some calling around but Marks Magnetos came through and I have a few on their way.
Rick,
I enjoyed meeting you and Tom too. Hope we can get together next year at Brownsville for the HCEA convention!
Jack,
They are stunning animals, I couldn't tell you if they are Belgians or Percherons? They are the roots to earth moving though and it seemed fitting to include them.
