A photo of how they modified the radiator. These lowered CAT 15's have a special cast steel seat support that are  much lower than standard brackets. Look at the angle of the support and they did have a different part number. They are just missing the back rest and railing from use. Note that the radiator side is missing the place for lights and the factory radiator cap is replaced with a flat piece of steel. Bill

the check breakers are cast they do hinge and made by CATERPILLAR the only ones I have seen that weren’t made by a local welding shop.

Was Featured in California Tractors as ENGLAND BOUND on the back of a BIG PETE up Front Thumbs Up.

Purchased New at the Farm and Complete with all Service Docs etc etc from CAT from New. Barn stored and still used for a MOLE DRAINING job for 2 weeks After I paid for it LOL. before shipping HOME to CAT CAVE .

Still using this Barn Fresh Running in Service CAT D6 2H. for Tracking in Hardcore around the Cat-Cave Land 1936 Machine.

I myself Love the Sound of My D 35 , D 40, And RD6, and D6 2H Machines  Pulling a Heavy Load and PURRING  and LUGGING DOWN.
