I've posted a picture of most of my collection of Caterpillar service awards dating from the 1970s to present. I wrote a short article for our magazine a number of years ago. Since then, I have added a few tie tack and charm awards but not many. I'm still missing 14 awards. I'm guessing there are a lot of them available but are setting in a jewerly box and forgotten. Thanks for your interest.Tom

Thanks for posting this. I had to dig mine out and compare. I have the 5, 10, 15 and 20 from my own career, and a pair of 10's, a 15 and a 20 I was given by a family friend. My 5-15 were the "corporate symbol". Between my 15 and 20 they started offering the tractor again so that is what I picked for my 20th in 2019. The current tractor pin is smaller than the older one. I just saw someone get his 45 last July. I'm not sure I will stick it out that long...

Are Caterpillar still offering these to employees? I thought i heard they were going to be discontinued.
Thanks

Hi Paul,
Not wanting to hijack your thread, but I wonder if you plan to attend the World Tractor show at Malvern this coming weekend (24, 25th Feb) as Chapter 2 (UK arm of ACMOC) are having a stand there and quite a few UK Cat enthusiasts will be in attendance. It would be great to meet you and we would definitely be interested in visiting Cat at Shrewsbury if that is something you could facilitate.
