Since I got too old to run the D8Rs I've decided to sell them (or trade for an excavator) and keep the smaller machines I can still operate. This means that I need to get rid of a large stash of parts. I looked through the parts "for sale/wanted" threads and spotted various items I have. Too many parts to list at once and In many cases I don't know where to find the part #s under cosmoline on parts such as cranks and cams. I think I will need to pick out a few items at a time, get the #s, post them, and shelve them such that I can find them. I will list them here on ACMOC before listing on "FEEBAY". There are big items and small, new and used. Examples: 3 cyl. eng. 2H5879W, RD6 radiator. Cat oil/grease service hand pump cans, New/rebuilt rods 7B6225 (for D8 I think) . Many many bearings, small to huge. Ball types like 8M8068, and piles of tapered roller bearings. Some stacks of bearings all stuck together in cosmoline. Injectors like 1F2979, 2A4044, 7B1730, 6B5791, etc. All transmission gears for earlyD8 (most unused). Various pinion gears (D6 and D8) like 3B1106. Many brass rollers and bushings large (for rollers and small like 1F2035, 1F2684. There are many items I do not recognize such as 3B9576 that are brass and look like throw out bearings. There are new track links like 5H8680. Before I list some of this stuff I will need help finding part #s. So how do I do this folks? Will this work if I dig out a few parts at a time as I find out just what I have here and get them stored in a findable manor.

I do have a nice RD6 Radiator for sale. I live just outside Chico, in Calif. approx. 100 mi. North of Sacramento.

Floyd green, I'm wondering if you would have any D4 track parts. I don't need enough for complete track groups. I need approximately 12 link and bushing sections. I can get part numbers if you think you might have parts available.

It was reported that Floyd was near where the Park fire started and had been evacuated. There have not been any more reports, but if his home burned, we may not hear from him any time soon.

Cohasset CA where Floyd lives was within the perimeter of the Park fire. It was learned that much of the community survived due to previous fire safe work by land owners and prescribed burns.
I think I saw a report on here that his wife said their home survived but the building with the tractor parts did not. I hope he is well and we hear from him soon.
