I just was looking at Craigslist, San Francisco Bay Area for Caterpillar goodies and ran across an add for a 2 Ton in Boulder Creek Ca. $2000. It said that it had been listed for 23 days, so maybe it is sold and the folks did not remove the add. Since I have seen requests to buy 2 Tons on our forum I thought that I would mention it. I dont know how to post a link so you will have to go looking on Craigslist.  Maybe a member will buy it.   Grant.

Not trying to dissuade anyone from going after this 2Ton, but another member told me of some shady dealings in that area, so please be careful with your cash. Sketchy sellers and multiple people claiming to be rightful owners of items. Thank you for sharing Grant, JM.

Oh , I guess it is all buyers beware. A number of years ago a fellow was going to give me the remains of a Holt. It had sat on a ranch for 50+ years. I would have done it but another member of that family told me it belonged to him. I walked away. No need to get in the middle of that mess.
