Good afternoon! I've got a 1953 Cat 212 (9T3627) for sale. It has been parked on our business property since 2005ish. The picture included below is my grandpa using it on a job in August of 2004. We believe this is the last job it was used on before he used it as a snow plow that winter at his house. After that winter, I'm told it was parked due to use of newer equipment and Grandpa being the only one that had used it in the years leading up to then. Based on discussions with my uncles and our lead mechanic, their recollection is that it was running well when parked. That being said, due to being down a mechanic in the shop, we haven't had a chance to pull it out and try to fire it back up. 

The other pictures included were taken last week. I can provide more if needed.
