Hey everyone! Wanted to reach out to anyone who maybe looking to sell a CAT TEN or has a lead on one. I’m located in Montgomery IL not far from the CAT Aurora plant or what’s left of it at least. Willing to travel out of state but not across the country if that makes any sense. Looking to purchase my first antique crawler. 

Joined the forum a few weeks ago not sure if any members or collectors are out this way but would luv to check out what you got and talk crawlers with you. A quick little something about myself. Started working at the Aurora plant in early 2000’s as a welder. Moved to the dealer side and continued my journey welding on CATS. It’s definitely been interesting coming  from the plant to working on these machines out in the field. Looking to rebuild and service my own now.  Let me know what you all got for sale or can catch up some time. Thanks!!

CATHC10, I saw a cat ten for sale a few months ago just north of Ukiah. The guy said the motor was all apart and properly stored and the machine looked pretty good to me. He did say that the head was cracked. I posted some photos and a phone number for him. If it sounds interesting to you I will dig thru my records and find the number again. I recall that he wanted 1K$ for it. Grant.
