What's the application? I'm guessing D311H Marine?

Part 7F 9795 it is a industrial motor but it has a heat exchanger like a marine

I'd think about hitting up a local radiator shop they would have the tools to re build that it looks like to me.

all parts didn't have one and I have been to several local radiator shops nobody wants to work on it

All Parts is a joke! Thats the trouble nowadays with repair shops, nobody wants to repair anything, sad. Whats your location?
