for sale  1934 caterpillar 22Older restoration been sitting in barn for a couple years now. mag lost spark so now won't start , everything worked when parked .still hasoriganal magneto, spark plug cover, fuel pump,(works),valve to switch gas to kerosene, and PTO.  1934 was the only year where the throttle was on transmission not on fuel tank.  also first year for the model 22.  $2400.00  thanks

Nice original Cat. I also have a 22 of less than 1000 serial number. The unvented sparkplug cover and the throttle on the transmission cover are pretty rare. Still having the valve to switch from "Distillate" to gas is also pretty rare. I wish I had a PTO for mine. Someone will get a nice 22. Grant.

I had my 22 magneto rebuilt by " Old Croak Magneto" . Yes that is the actual name. Quick turnaround and I thought the price was very fair. Grant.
